Danny Masterson Seen for the First Time in Prison Mug Shot After Rape Sentence
Soon after Danny Masterson was transferred to a California state jail to fulfill his term for the rape of two women, his mug shot was made public.
In order to fulfill his term for two rape convictions, Danny Masterson has been accepted into a state prison in California.
According to documents gathered by E! News, the former cast member of That '70s Show was transferred to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, on December 27.
His first prison mug shot was then made public. The 47-year-old is shown in the picture wearing orange prison garb and has long hair and a beard.
Masterson was given a 30-year to life term in September for the 2003 rape of two women at his Hollywood Hills residence.
He'd spent time in Los Angeles County jail before being sent to North Kern State Prison. He will be 66 years old in June 2042, when he is eligible for parole, according to jail statistics.
After being married for over 11 years, the actor's wife Bijou Phillips filed for divorce less than two weeks after the actor was sentenced.
The actress asked for both physical and legal custody of their nine-year-old daughter, Fianna Francis Masterson, in her declaration.
Later, according to People, the star demanded visitation rights and gave his estranged wife complete legal and physical custody of the child.
